INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT MGMT (BUS400 (UG24))

Introduction to the conceptual tools, principles, and standards of project management. Topics include foundational terminology, models, methods, and artifacts of the project management profession, aligned with Project Management Institute model of project performance domains. Prepares students to take industry-recognized certification excams in project management. Prerequisites: ECN211 and ECN212 and admission to a Bachelor of Applied Management degree program.
