Welcome to Human Anatomy and Physiology I (Bio201). This course covers the structure and function of cells, tissues, and organs as well as the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, digestive, and nervous systems. It is the first of a two-course sequence continuing as Bio202. This course is designed for nursing, allied health, and medical-oriented students. Biology 181 is a prerequisite and and Chemistry 130 is a co-requisite for this course.
Completion of Biology 201 with a grade of "C" or better is a prerequisite for Biology 202.
You must have access to a personal computer with one of the following software configurations. A high-speed Internet connection is necessary to support the graphics/video files used in the course.
