Ernie Cunningham has the NPC utility records for fiscal year 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 year to date.  He also has the fuel expeditures, vehicle supplies, cellular telephones.  This will be used to define our initial carbon foot print based on kilwatt hours and BTUs.  2/4/9
I have the Navopache Electric Coop. kilowatt hour data for the Springerville Center.  They are accessed as Large Commercial at .02595 per kilowatt. With these numbers and Tad’s records we can specify the electrical system requirements to produce a 15% reduction.  When the specification is complete we will determine purchase, installation and maintenance costs.  Then we can define the year that is our break-even point.  I am awaiting a call-back from Unisource for similar Btu information.   Ernie 2/10/9
Report in progress.  Tied in with SPE feasibility study - waiting for contractor estimates.  8/28/2009.  Ernie
Trudy has received (2/12/9) report of the inventory of energy using equipment to determine wattage use - computers, photocopiers, printers, fax machines.  Additional inventory will need to be taken for coffee pots, refrigerators, microwaves, lighting, etc.
Need to work with IS and Facilities to determine how to keep track of change in equipment that impact energy use and emissions.
Sandy Johnson is providing information about Arbor Foundation Campus project.  3/9/9

"the only cost effective way I believe that NPC can reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions by 15% at this time is by continuing to practice improved repalcement technology, personal conservation, transportation conservation and the exploitation and evolution of our information technology."
