NURSING ASSISTANT (NAT101 (UG12))

Designed to comply with federal and state guidelines (OBRA) in that all nursing assistants will receive minimum training and experience in providing basic nursing care. At the completion of the course with 75% accuracy, the student is eligible to test for state certification. Prerequisite: ASSET reading score of 35 or COMPASS reading score of 61; co-requisite: EMT 104 or equivalent. Three lecture; six lab.
