Selected medical terminology directly related to healthcare practice, common medical procedures, body systems, and anatomy and physiology. Emphasis is on practical application in the clinical setting through visually reinforced hands-on learning. Includes extensive memorization of common medical abbreviations and acronyms used in direct clinical care. Three lecture.
