MANAGING ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE (BUS325 (UG25))
Term: Fall Semester 2025 (UNDG)
Evaluates the foundations of organizational change and development. Emphasis is placed on human factors of organizational changes, including leadership, influential organizational change models, stages of organizational change, and organizational culture change. This course teaches students how to develop positive organizational changes and improve organizational performance. Prerequisites: BUS203 and admission to a Bachelor of Applied Management degree program.
